大气中有毒空气污染物的来源广泛、成分复杂，随着我国工业的不断发展，VOCs类有毒空气污染物在城市中产生的污染问题日趋严重，其控制不仅关乎人民身体健康，而且在大气污染控制领域举足轻重。本文以二甲苯、1，2二氯乙烷和二氯甲烷3种典型污染物工业源为例，基于重点排放行业分析，参考国际控制经验，为我国环境管理部门提出优先控制政策建议。

There are lots of released sources , complex composition of hazardous air pollutants , With the development of industry , envi-ronmental pollution of VOCs is going from bad to worse , this not only directly harm human health ,but also played an important role in the field of air pollution control .Take xylene、1,2_ethylene dichloride and methylene chloride as an example , analysis based on key industries , reference to international control experience , priority control policy recommendations for our environmental management department was pre -sentsed in this paper .
