化学工业是国民经济的重要产业,但在生产过程中产生的废水对环境产生了重大影响。本文研究的目的是探讨IC反应器处理废纸造纸废水及其典型污染物的可行性、运行效果及运行参数。研究表明:该反应器不仅具有优良的有机物去除能力,而且由于其良好的结构条件,可根据不同的进水浓度,合理调节污染物负荷,实现系统的稳定运行。在进水温度为常温20-30℃条件中化工废水的CODcr去除率为60~85%,结果表明IC反应器是一种高效、低能耗的废水处理工艺。

화학공업시국민경제적중요산업,단재생산과정중산생적폐수대배경산생료중대영향。본문연구적목적시탐토IC반응기처리폐지조지폐수급기전형오염물적가행성、운행효과급운행삼수。연구표명:해반응기불부구유우량적유궤물거제능력,이차유우기량호적결구조건,가근거불동적진수농도,합리조절오염물부하,실현계통적은정운행。재진수온도위상온20-30℃조건중화공폐수적CODcr거제솔위60~85%,결과표명IC반응기시일충고효、저능모적폐수처리공예。
Chemical industry plays an important role in national economy , but to develop chemical industry , the treatment technology should be researched and applied to engineering practice , which can reduce or even eliminate the damage to the ecology .The paper studied on the feasibility, efficiency, and function of chemical industry wastewater and its typical contaminants treatment with an IC (Internal circu-lation) anaerobic reactor.The result of test indicated that the reaetor has capacity of COD removal and colour ,reasonable construction,safe and convenient operation in different concentration of Pollutants as condition quantity , Upflow blanket filter biological reaetor has specific Property of quickly stared ,short time in form Partieulate sludge and bearing dash load as high concentration of microorganism .The result of test showed that COD removal rate is 60~85%in pollutants between 20 to 30 oC, the result of test indicated that IC anaerobic reactor is a wastewater treatment process with high efficiency and low energy -consumption .
