[目的]研究入侵植物空心莲子草早期生长对盐胁迫的响应。[方法]用分别含有浓度为0(对照)、100、200、300 mmol/L NaCl的1/2浓度 Hoagland营养液处理早期生长阶段的空心莲子草,研究NaCl处理对空心莲子草的茎节数目、叶片数目、茎长、鲜重和干重和含水量的影响。[结果]NaCl处理对空心莲子草的茎节数目、叶片数目、茎长、鲜重和干重均产生影响,随着处理浓度的升高影响逐渐显著。中高浓度的NaCl处理能显著抑制空心莲子草的生长,主要表现为抑制空心莲子草的茎节数目、茎长、鲜重和干重的增长,减少空心莲子草的叶片数目,其中茎长和鲜重是2个较易受影响的指标。[结论]开展空心莲子草的抗盐研究对了解其对盐碱地环境的适应性,防止其在盐碱地环境的入侵具有重要意义。
[目的]研究入侵植物空心蓮子草早期生長對鹽脅迫的響應。[方法]用分彆含有濃度為0(對照)、100、200、300 mmol/L NaCl的1/2濃度 Hoagland營養液處理早期生長階段的空心蓮子草,研究NaCl處理對空心蓮子草的莖節數目、葉片數目、莖長、鮮重和榦重和含水量的影響。[結果]NaCl處理對空心蓮子草的莖節數目、葉片數目、莖長、鮮重和榦重均產生影響,隨著處理濃度的升高影響逐漸顯著。中高濃度的NaCl處理能顯著抑製空心蓮子草的生長,主要錶現為抑製空心蓮子草的莖節數目、莖長、鮮重和榦重的增長,減少空心蓮子草的葉片數目,其中莖長和鮮重是2箇較易受影響的指標。[結論]開展空心蓮子草的抗鹽研究對瞭解其對鹽堿地環境的適應性,防止其在鹽堿地環境的入侵具有重要意義。
[목적]연구입침식물공심련자초조기생장대염협박적향응。[방법]용분별함유농도위0(대조)、100、200、300 mmol/L NaCl적1/2농도 Hoagland영양액처리조기생장계단적공심련자초,연구NaCl처리대공심련자초적경절수목、협편수목、경장、선중화간중화함수량적영향。[결과]NaCl처리대공심련자초적경절수목、협편수목、경장、선중화간중균산생영향,수착처리농도적승고영향축점현저。중고농도적NaCl처리능현저억제공심련자초적생장,주요표현위억제공심련자초적경절수목、경장、선중화간중적증장,감소공심련자초적협편수목,기중경장화선중시2개교역수영향적지표。[결론]개전공심련자초적항염연구대료해기대염감지배경적괄응성,방지기재염감지배경적입침구유중요의의。
[Objective] The study aimed to investigate the early growth stage ’s re-sponse of invasive plant al igatorweed (Alternanthera philoxeroides) under salt stress. [Method] The al igatorweed was cultivated with four different NaCl concentrations 0 (control), 100, 200, 300 mmol/L diluted in 1/2 Hoagland’s solution at early stage. During the period, we measured the number of nodes and leaves, length, fresh weight, dry weight and water content of stems to determine the effect of salt on al-ligatorweed growth. [Result] Compared with control, the node number, leaf number, length, fresh weight and dry weight of the stems significantly changed in NaCl solu-tion, and the difference was positively related to NaCl concentration. We concluded that middle and high concentrations of NaCl significantly inhibited the growth of al i-gatorweed, by suppressing the node number, leaf number, length, fresh weight and dry weight of the stems. Among them, the stem length and fresh weight were more sensitive to NaCl stress. [Conclusion] The present result is helpful to understand the al igatorweed’s adaptability to saline environment, and also helpful to prevent its in-vasion in such environment.
