[目的]研究山核桃叶总黄酮苷元的抗炎镇痛作用。[方法]将60只小鼠随机分为空白组,溶媒对照组,阴性组,山核桃叶总黄酮低、中、高剂量组。采用小鼠扭体实验和小鼠福尔马林实验研究山核桃叶总黄酮苷元的镇痛作用,通过小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和棉球肉芽肿胀实验研究山核桃叶总黄酮苷元的抗炎作用。[结果]山核桃叶总黄酮苷元中剂量组、高剂量组能明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数;对福尔马林引起的小鼠疼痛也有明显的抑制作用;高剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿胀均有明显的抑制作用。[结论]山核桃叶总黄酮苷元具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
[目的]研究山覈桃葉總黃酮苷元的抗炎鎮痛作用。[方法]將60隻小鼠隨機分為空白組,溶媒對照組,陰性組,山覈桃葉總黃酮低、中、高劑量組。採用小鼠扭體實驗和小鼠福爾馬林實驗研究山覈桃葉總黃酮苷元的鎮痛作用,通過小鼠耳廓腫脹實驗和棉毬肉芽腫脹實驗研究山覈桃葉總黃酮苷元的抗炎作用。[結果]山覈桃葉總黃酮苷元中劑量組、高劑量組能明顯減少醋痠緻小鼠扭體次數;對福爾馬林引起的小鼠疼痛也有明顯的抑製作用;高劑量組對二甲苯緻小鼠耳廓腫脹、棉毬緻小鼠肉芽腫脹均有明顯的抑製作用。[結論]山覈桃葉總黃酮苷元具有明顯的抗炎鎮痛作用。
[목적]연구산핵도협총황동감원적항염진통작용。[방법]장60지소서수궤분위공백조,용매대조조,음성조,산핵도협총황동저、중、고제량조。채용소서뉴체실험화소서복이마림실험연구산핵도협총황동감원적진통작용,통과소서이곽종창실험화면구육아종창실험연구산핵도협총황동감원적항염작용。[결과]산핵도협총황동감원중제량조、고제량조능명현감소작산치소서뉴체차수;대복이마림인기적소서동통야유명현적억제작용;고제량조대이갑분치소서이곽종창、면구치소서육아종창균유명현적억제작용。[결론]산핵도협총황동감원구유명현적항염진통작용。
[Objective]To study the analgesic effect and anti-inflammatory effect of the total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya Cathayensis Sarg. [Methods] 60 mice were randemly divided into control group, medium group, positire group, the low, middle and high groups. Dimethyl benzene-in-duced acute ear swel ing model and cotton bal induced increased granulation swel ing model were carried out to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya cathayensis Sarg. And the analgesic effect of the total flavonoid agalycon was evaluated by pain experi-ments induced by glacial acetic acid and formalin in mice.[Results]The total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya Cathayensis Sarg.(25 mg·kg-1, 50 mg· kg-1) could significantly relieve the pain caused by glacial acetic acid and by formalin. It also showed obvious inhibitory effects on the increased granulation swel ing induced by cotton bal , and dimethyl benzene-induced ear swel ing in mice on the dosage 50 mg·kg-1. [Conclusion]The total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya Cathayensis Sarg showed anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in the study.
