[目的]探讨固本祛风汤对变应性鼻炎(al ergic rhinitis，AR)的疗效及其可能机制。[方法]选取2011年5月至2013年5月确诊的AR患者60例，随机分为两组各30例，分别给予布地奈德和固本祛风汤治疗，用症状、体征、中医证候计分法，根据不同时期临床症状体征及中医证候方面情况评价疗效；并在鼻内镜下取黏膜组织作为标本，用免疫组化检测cyclinB1和p21蛋白在鼻黏膜上皮细胞表达情况。[结果]不同治疗时期，两组有不同治疗结果。疗程2周以后，固本祛风汤组对AR的症状体征积分、中医证候积分和临床疗效优于布地奈德组(P<0.05)；免疫组化显示经固本祛风汤治疗的AR鼻黏膜上皮细胞上cyclinB1蛋白表达增加(P<0.05)，p21蛋白表达减少(P<0.05)。[结论]固本祛风汤治疗AR效果显著，其机制可能与其激活cyclinB1蛋白，下调p21蛋白表达相关。
[목적]탐토고본거풍탕대변응성비염(al ergic rhinitis，AR)적료효급기가능궤제。[방법]선취2011년5월지2013년5월학진적AR환자60례，수궤분위량조각30례，분별급여포지내덕화고본거풍탕치료，용증상、체정、중의증후계분법，근거불동시기림상증상체정급중의증후방면정황평개료효；병재비내경하취점막조직작위표본，용면역조화검측cyclinB1화p21단백재비점막상피세포표체정황。[결과]불동치료시기，량조유불동치료결과。료정2주이후，고본거풍탕조대AR적증상체정적분、중의증후적분화림상료효우우포지내덕조(P<0.05)；면역조화현시경고본거풍탕치료적AR비점막상피세포상cyclinB1단백표체증가(P<0.05)，p21단백표체감소(P<0.05)。[결론]고본거풍탕치료AR효과현저，기궤제가능여기격활cyclinB1단백，하조p21단백표체상관。
[Objective] To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of Gubenqufeng decoction on al ergic rhinitis. [Methods] 60 patients with AR in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from May 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into two groups(30 patients in each groups) and respectively given Budesonide and Gubenqufeng decoction. The therapeutic effects of different groups were evaluated with scores of clinical symptoms and signs and TCM syndromes. The expressions of cyclin B1 and p21 proteins in the nasal tissues obtained with endoscopy were detected by immunohistochemical methods. [Results]Therapeutic effects varied in different periods. The scores of Gubenqufeng decoction on symptoms and signs, TCM syndromes, and clinical effect of AR were superior to Budesonide( P<0.05). Immunohistochemical methods showed the expression of cyclinB1 proteins in nasal epithelial cells treated with Gubenqufeng decoction was up-regulated( P<0.05), while the expression of p21 proteins was down-regulated( P<0.05). [Conclusions] Gubenqufeng decoction could significantly release clinical symptoms of AR, which may be associated with activation of cyclinB1 proteins and down-reg-ulation of expression of p21 proteins.
