研究目的：以鄞州区为例，通过建立基本农田划区定界数据库，为切实保护基本农田提供参考依据。研究方法：基于鄞州区基本农田现状分析，通过GIS技术平台，建立基本农田划区定界数据库，并结合DOM进行基本农田图斑核查。研究结果：阐述并总结了基本农田划区定界建库过程，利用DOM对基本农田图斑进行了有效的核查比对。研究结论：通过对鄞州区基本农田划区定界数据库的建立，实现基本农田的有效保护和管理，有利于合理控制城乡建设用地规模的扩展和基本农田的严格执行和保护。

The purpose of this study is to develop the database for the prime farmland delimitation and zoning so as to provide a reference for effectively protecting the prime farmland through an example of the Yinzhou District. Methods of GIS platform were employed to establish the database. The results show the discussion and summaries on the developing process of the database for the prime farmland demarcation. The paper concludes that the establishment of the database of the prime farmland in Yinzhou District, the effective protection and management of the prime farmland are beneficial from the control of the expansion of the rural-urban construction land and the strict implementation and protection of prime farmland.
