针对大倾角上山掘进在机械化综合配套快速掘进方面没有过多的实践,开滦唐山矿通过合理选择掘进配套设备,改进掘进机液压系统,优化掘进施工工艺和截割方式,建造人工平台等措施,实现了Y485里工作面平均26°、最大29°的大倾角上山机械化掘进,突破了掘进机在大倾角上山施工的限制,为大倾角上山机械化掘进探索了施工技术和工艺。
針對大傾角上山掘進在機械化綜閤配套快速掘進方麵沒有過多的實踐,開灤唐山礦通過閤理選擇掘進配套設備,改進掘進機液壓繫統,優化掘進施工工藝和截割方式,建造人工平檯等措施,實現瞭Y485裏工作麵平均26°、最大29°的大傾角上山機械化掘進,突破瞭掘進機在大傾角上山施工的限製,為大傾角上山機械化掘進探索瞭施工技術和工藝。

For there is no much practice of steep uphill tunneling in rapid driving with mechG anized comprehensive supporting,through reasonably selecting excavation equipment,improving the hydraulic system of roadheader,optimizing the tunneling construction process & cutting mode and building artificial platform and other measures,Tangshan Mining Branch Company of Kailuan Group has achieved the steep uphill mechanized tunneling with average of 26°and maxiG mal angle of 29°in Y485 working face,which has broken the constraints of steep uphill construcG tion of the roadheader,and explored the construction technology and process for the steep uphill mechanized tunneling.
