In order to improve the bedside system evaluation ability of nurses with less than two-year work experience, the study applied 1+3 mode by analyzing defects of bedside system evaluation, producing videos on evaluation procedures and standardizing operational procedures. After training, the nurses improved their bedside system review ability and nursing quality.
