目的:探讨3D打印技术在复杂性寰枢椎脱位的临床应用。方法:58例寰枢椎脱位患者,术前行64排螺旋CT扫,进行三维重建和快速成型,在模型进行模拟手术,选择合适钢板。结果:平均随访48个月,无局部复发,钢板和螺钉松动及断裂事件发生。结论:3D打印辅助个体化技术可提高寰枢椎脱位手术效率与精确度。数字化三维模型能够更直观、更准确地反映了颈椎病变的三维立体结构,对临床医生的诊断、手术计划、内固定选择等有较大帮助,并且减少了手术的操作时间,达到更佳的手术效果。

목적:탐토3D타인기술재복잡성환추추탈위적림상응용。방법:58례환추추탈위환자,술전행64배라선CT소,진행삼유중건화쾌속성형,재모형진행모의수술,선택합괄강판。결과:평균수방48개월,무국부복발,강판화라정송동급단렬사건발생。결론:3D타인보조개체화기술가제고환추추탈위수술효솔여정학도。수자화삼유모형능구경직관、경준학지반영료경추병변적삼유입체결구,대림상의생적진단、수술계화、내고정선택등유교대방조,병차감소료수술적조작시간,체도경가적수술효과。
Objective:To investigate the application of 3D print in the treatment of atlantoaxial dislocation Methods: Fifty eight patients with atlantoaxial dislocation by spiral CT scanner. The data was reconstructed by 3D imaging reconstruction workstation.The operation was simulated and was designed on the 3D print model according to the surgical procedure. Results:The average follow-up time were 48 months. No local recurrence, loosening and fracture happened. Conclusions:The digital three-dimensional model of atlantoaxial dislocation could reflect the detailed information of the abnormal atlantoaxial dislocation exactly and directly, which is helpful for diagnosing, planning of operations and choosing internal fixation.
