为了合理开发水资源让有限的水资源发挥最大的综合效益，平顶山天安煤业七矿有限责任公司对供水总厂排供水系统进行了改造。在七矿主副井之间建造二次加压系统，选取3台 WQ600-55-160型排水泵。根据水泵总台数，选用典型三泵两趟管路系统，为减少能耗，采用2台泵向两趟管路供水。根据验算和实际情况，平煤七矿现有的2条输水管路DN400×12、DN500×12满足设计要求。经过改造，平煤七矿达到了减少矿井水排放，提高矿井供电系统、排水系统的安全可靠性的目的。

In order to rationally develop water resource to make the limited water resources aG chieve the maximum comprehensive benefits,the 7th Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Co., Ltd.renovated the water supply and drainage systems in the water supply factory.The secondary presG surization system was added between main and auxiliary shafts in the 7th Mine,and three drainage pumps (WQ600-55-160)were used for the water drainage.In the typical threeGpumpGtwoGline sysG tem,two pumps were used for the water supply to these two lines in order to reduce the energy conG sumption.According to the checking calculation results and the actual situation,the current two lines for the water supply (DN400×12,DN500×12)in the 7th Mine meet the design requirements.After the renovation,the 7th mine has achieved such objectives as tailings water reduced,and the safe reliability of power supply system and drainage system enhanced.
