针对煤矿防治水技术体系方面一直未有统一的技术管理模式的问题,提出矿井防治水两个“四位一体”技术体系模式,即区域防治水“四位一体”是基础、局部防治水“四位一体”是重点、先探后采是原则、应急救援是保障,并提出区域和局部防治水相结合的检验措施,以及地面物探和井下物探的优选模式,利用该模式在长平矿进行实践,很好地解决了该矿水患问题。
針對煤礦防治水技術體繫方麵一直未有統一的技術管理模式的問題,提齣礦井防治水兩箇“四位一體”技術體繫模式,即區域防治水“四位一體”是基礎、跼部防治水“四位一體”是重點、先探後採是原則、應急救援是保障,併提齣區域和跼部防治水相結閤的檢驗措施,以及地麵物探和井下物探的優選模式,利用該模式在長平礦進行實踐,很好地解決瞭該礦水患問題。
침대매광방치수기술체계방면일직미유통일적기술관리모식적문제,제출광정방치수량개“사위일체”기술체계모식,즉구역방치수“사위일체”시기출、국부방치수“사위일체”시중점、선탐후채시원칙、응급구원시보장,병제출구역화국부방치수상결합적검험조시,이급지면물탐화정하물탐적우선모식,이용해모식재장평광진행실천,흔호지해결료해광수환문제。
In view of no unified technological management mode for the water control in coal mines,two"FourGinGOne"modes were proposed for the water control,that is"FourGinGOne"of regional water control is the basis,"FourGinGOne"of local water control is an emphasis,mining after detecting is the rule and the emergency rescue is the guarantee.The checkout measures for the regional and local water control were introduced,as well as the preference patterns for ground and underground geophysical prospecting.The practice showed that this mode solved the water problems in Changping Coal Mine.
