目的：探讨胆舒胶囊对胆囊切除术后综合征( PCS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将我院收治的74例胆囊切除术后综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组口服消炎利胆片，观察组给予胆舒胶囊。比较两组患者治疗有效率，并记录患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为94．87%，高于对照组(77．14%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；治疗后观察组临床症状改善情况显著优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论胆舒胶囊对PCS有明显的治疗作用，能明显改善患者的临床症状，使用安全，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토담서효낭대담낭절제술후종합정( PCS)적림상료효급안전성。방법장아원수치적74례담낭절제술후종합정환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조구복소염리담편，관찰조급여담서효낭。비교량조환자치료유효솔，병기록환자치료전후림상증상개선정황。결과관찰조총유효솔위94．87%，고우대조조(77．14%)，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)；치료후관찰조림상증상개선정황현저우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。결론담서효낭대PCS유명현적치료작용，능명현개선환자적림상증상，사용안전，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of danshu capsule on post-cholecystectomy syndrome( PCS) . Methods 74 patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided in-to observation group and control group. Patients in control group and observation group were given oral xiaoyanlidan tablets and danshu capsules respectively. The efficiency of the two groups was compared, and the clinical symptoms were recorded before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group (94. 87%) was higher than that of control group (77. 14%),there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). The clinical symptoms of observation group improved more significantly than control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Danshu cap-sule has obvious therapeutic effect on PCS,it can significantly improve the patient′s clinical symptoms,and it is worthy of clinical application.
