Mobile Internet is gradually changing people’s way of living and working, and the mobile phone security is increasingly becoming the public concerning topic, but the mobile security cases are difficult to be presented in judicial procedure. Based on the brief introduction of security situation of mobile phone, the dififculties of mobile phone security problems in ifnding, quoting, conviction and sentencing were analyzed in detail, and the corresponding measures in management and formulating of law for this issue were also presented.
