基于国家新型城镇化建设和云南省情，对云南省城镇化进程中存在的主要问题进行分析，提出今后一段时期云南省新型城镇化建设的对策和措施。研究表明：在人口城镇化建设的视角下，应准确把握城乡居民的梯级流向，有效扩大农民进城的吸引半径，提高农村人口市民化转化水平；在土地城镇化建设的视角下，稳妥推进山地城镇建设，高端营建山水田园城市，科学保护城市内外生态；在空间城镇化建设的视角下，应对区域空间、产城空间、集群空间、特色空间、统筹空间和文明空间等重点环节强化城镇化建设。

Based on the national new-type urbanization construction and the situation of Yunnan Province, this study focuses on an analysis of the major problems existing in the process of urbanization in Yunnan Province, and puts forward strategies and measures for new-type urbanization construction of Yunnan Province in the coming period. Research have shown that from the perspective of population urbanization construction, new-type urbanization construction shall accurately grasp the cascade flow direction of rural and urban residents, effectively expand the attractive radius of farmers entering city, and improve the transformation level of rural population citizenization; that from the perspective of land urbanization construction, new-type urbanization construction shall steadily put forward the construction of mountainous cities, build high-level pastoral landscape of modern city, and scientifically protect the internal and external ecology of the cities; that from the perspective of space urbanization construction, new-type urbanization construction shall strengthen urbanization construction from the following key parts:regional space, production space of the city, cluster space, characteristic space, integrated space and civilized space.
