The rapid advance of urbanization not only has gave rise to a new urban civilization, but also has triggered a series of urban problems, which urgently demands that we summarize and research the law of urbanization development in the new era, by the understanding and dialyse of various phenomena and problems of urbanization activities, correctly handling the numerous and complicated relationships such as the urban trend, the urban art, the urban degree, the urban responsible, the urban goodness, the urban beauty and the urban grid in urban activities in order to achieve from "the realm of necessity" of urbanization activities to "the realm of freedom"of the rational leap, to further more push forward urban society and create urban civilization.
