目的：卵巢癌晚期的肿瘤细胞减灭术临床观察。方法：首次肿瘤细胞减灭术组30例,中间性肿瘤细胞减灭术组30例。结果：初次肿瘤细胞减灭术组的低分化的细胞、手术分期IV期、以及预后不良病理类型以及预后不良病理类型明显均低于中间性肿瘤细胞减灭术组,P<0.05。同时,初次肿瘤细胞减灭术组的手术满意度略高于中间性肿瘤细胞减灭术组,但无显著差异。结论：再次细胞减灭术取得了较好的临床疗效,,改善了卵巢癌患者的预后,有利于术后治疗。

목적：란소암만기적종류세포감멸술림상관찰。방법：수차종류세포감멸술조30례,중간성종류세포감멸술조30례。결과：초차종류세포감멸술조적저분화적세포、수술분기IV기、이급예후불량병리류형이급예후불량병리류형명현균저우중간성종류세포감멸술조,P<0.05。동시,초차종류세포감멸술조적수술만의도략고우중간성종류세포감멸술조,단무현저차이。결론：재차세포감멸술취득료교호적림상료효,,개선료란소암환자적예후,유리우술후치료。
Objective:Clinical observation of cytoreductive surgery in treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:The first cytoreductive surgery group 30 cases, intermediate cytoreductive surgery group of 30 cases.Results:The first cytoreductive surgery, IV tumor, cell grading low differentiation and prognosis of pathological types include clear cell carcinoma, poorly differentiated or undifferentiated carcinoma, transitional cell carcinoma, the proportion is lower than the interval cytoreductive surgery, the difference was statistically significant, no significant differences in satisfaction of the operation both.Conclusion:Once again the cytoreductive surgery can improve the general condition of patients, is favorable for further treatment, to improve survival at the same time, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
