T2FLAIR%Surgical%DWI%Annular lesions of the brain
目的:探讨DWI结合T2-FLAIR对脑环形病变的诊断价值。方法:100名脑环形病变患者在常规MR平扫基础上添加轴位DWI扫描,分析不同性质患性病变(胶质瘤、化脓性脑脓肿、脑囊虫、转移瘤以及吸收期脑血肿)影像表现,并测量相应病变ADC值及DWI信号强度,以基底节层面的DWI信号强度作为噪声,计算以上5种病变部位DWI图像的信噪比。结果:化脓性脑脓肿病变中心区DWI呈高信号,ADC值减低;胶质瘤、脑囊虫、转移瘤以及吸收期脑血肿病变中心区DWI呈稍低信号,ADC值较高;不同性质环形病变T2-FLAIR序列中心区呈稍高信号或等信号。化脓性脑脓肿与胶质瘤、脑囊虫、转移瘤以及吸收期脑血肿病变中心区DWI信号表现及ADC值,均存有统计学差异(P<0.05);T2FLAIR表现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:T2FLAIR、DWI技术结合ADC值观察,可以反映不同现在脑环形病变的病理生理特点,在脑部病变的鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。
目的:探討DWI結閤T2-FLAIR對腦環形病變的診斷價值。方法:100名腦環形病變患者在常規MR平掃基礎上添加軸位DWI掃描,分析不同性質患性病變(膠質瘤、化膿性腦膿腫、腦囊蟲、轉移瘤以及吸收期腦血腫)影像錶現,併測量相應病變ADC值及DWI信號彊度,以基底節層麵的DWI信號彊度作為譟聲,計算以上5種病變部位DWI圖像的信譟比。結果:化膿性腦膿腫病變中心區DWI呈高信號,ADC值減低;膠質瘤、腦囊蟲、轉移瘤以及吸收期腦血腫病變中心區DWI呈稍低信號,ADC值較高;不同性質環形病變T2-FLAIR序列中心區呈稍高信號或等信號。化膿性腦膿腫與膠質瘤、腦囊蟲、轉移瘤以及吸收期腦血腫病變中心區DWI信號錶現及ADC值,均存有統計學差異(P<0.05);T2FLAIR錶現差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論:T2FLAIR、DWI技術結閤ADC值觀察,可以反映不同現在腦環形病變的病理生理特點,在腦部病變的鑒彆診斷中具有重要意義。
목적:탐토DWI결합T2-FLAIR대뇌배형병변적진단개치。방법:100명뇌배형병변환자재상규MR평소기출상첨가축위DWI소묘,분석불동성질환성병변(효질류、화농성뇌농종、뇌낭충、전이류이급흡수기뇌혈종)영상표현,병측량상응병변ADC치급DWI신호강도,이기저절층면적DWI신호강도작위조성,계산이상5충병변부위DWI도상적신조비。결과:화농성뇌농종병변중심구DWI정고신호,ADC치감저;효질류、뇌낭충、전이류이급흡수기뇌혈종병변중심구DWI정초저신호,ADC치교고;불동성질배형병변T2-FLAIR서렬중심구정초고신호혹등신호。화농성뇌농종여효질류、뇌낭충、전이류이급흡수기뇌혈종병변중심구DWI신호표현급ADC치,균존유통계학차이(P<0.05);T2FLAIR표현차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:T2FLAIR、DWI기술결합ADC치관찰,가이반영불동현재뇌배형병변적병리생리특점,재뇌부병변적감별진단중구유중요의의。
Objective:To explore the value of the DWI combined T2FLAIR strengthen lesions in brain ring annular lesions. Methods:100 brain ring enhancement lesions in the the 1.5T MRI uplink conventional axial DWI T2FLAIR-DWI scan,Were measured glioma, pyogenic brain abscess, cerebral cysticercosis, metastases, and subacute cerebral hematoma ADC value and DWI signal intensity,simultaneously measuring the the DWI signal strength of the basal ganglia level as noise,calculated over five lesions DWI signal-to-noise ratio of the image.Results:DWI obtained in patients with brain metastases and subacute hematoma ADC value was significantly higher than the ADC value T2FLAIR-DWI sequence between the two groups(P<0.05);While the of glioma, pyogenic brain abscess and cerebral cysticercosis average ADC value difference between DWI T2FLAIR-DWI was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The five parts of the DWI image after in applied T2FLAIR pulse, the signal-to-noise ratio were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion:T2FLAIR-DWI technology can reflect the the brain ring enhancement lesions in the real value of the ADC, is important in the diagnosis of brain lesions.
