目的对当前白内障患者术后眼睛干涩、易疲倦、对外界刺激很敏感等症状进行治疗与预防。方法选取我院2008年6月~2012年11月收治的100例白内障术后干眼症患者，将患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组与对照组患者各50例，其中对观察组干眼症患者采用普拉洛芬滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液进行常规治疗及人工泪液；对对照组使用人工泪液。观察两组患者在干眼症治疗中的比较效果进行分析。结果采用了普拉洛芬滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液及人工泪液的观察组患者治疗效果优于单纯使用人工泪液的对照组患者，两组患者具有显著的差异性，统计学有意义，<0.05。结论在白内障术后的干眼症治疗中，使用普拉洛芬滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液，可有效控制干眼症患者的常见不适症状，从而可以有效的提高治疗效率。
목적대당전백내장환자술후안정간삽、역피권、대외계자격흔민감등증상진행치료여예방。방법선취아원2008년6월~2012년11월수치적100례백내장술후간안증환자，장환자분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조여대조조환자각50례，기중대관찰조간안증환자채용보랍락분적안액、타포매소지새미송적안액진행상규치료급인공루액；대대조조사용인공루액。관찰량조환자재간안증치료중적비교효과진행분석。결과채용료보랍락분적안액、타포매소지새미송적안액급인공루액적관찰조환자치료효과우우단순사용인공루액적대조조환자，량조환자구유현저적차이성，통계학유의의，<0.05。결론재백내장술후적간안증치료중，사용보랍락분적안액、타포매소지새미송적안액，가유효공제간안증환자적상견불괄증상，종이가이유효적제고치료효솔。
Objective To the patients after phacoemulsification dry eyes, easy tired,very sensitive to outside stimulation symptom treatment and prevention. Methods In our hospital from 2008 June to 2012 November were treated 100 cases of dry eye patients after cataract surgery, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group and the control group of patients for each in 50 cases, the observation group patients with dry eye dropsby Pla Lo Finn, Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension routinetreatment and artificial tears; the control group using artificial tears. To observe and compare the ef ect of two groups of patients in the treatment of dry eye were analyzed. Results Using a simple artificial tear the patients in observation group Pranoprofen Eye Drops, Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension and artificial tears therapy effect is bet er than the patients in the control group, with significant dif erence between two groups were statistical ysignificant, <0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of dry eye cataract surgery, the use of Pranoprofen Eye Drops, tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops can becommon, effective control of patients with dry eye symptoms, which can ef ectively improve the ef iciency of treatment.
