文中对某实际工程中三轴过顶跟踪天线结构设计方案进行了详细论述。基于MSC软件建立天线整体有限元分析模型,在此基础上进行了多工况的静力学分析。计算出的天线结构应力及变形情况的仿真数据,表明天线满足结构指标的各项要求。并通过实际伺服性能和电气方向图测试,满足使用要求,验证了结构设计及有限元分析结果的正确性。

The blue print of structure design about a three-axis antenna used in a project is discussed in de- tail in this paper. It presents a finite element model of the whole antenna structure based on MSC soft- ware, under which the static analysis of under multiple loading conditions was made. The emulational data of stress and distortion shows the structure design of the antenna meets the diversified requirement. By comparing with the experimental data of the antenna servo system and the antenna radiation pattern ,it is shown that the structure design and the result of analysis are correct.
