为了解决手工测试GPON(Gigabit-Capable Passive Optical Network)芯片的性能需要占用大量人力资源的问题,给出了一种编写TCL(Tool Command Language)程序控制Smart Bits测试仪进行GPON芯片三层业务性能的自动化测试方案。首先搭建GPON芯片自动化测试的硬件平台并对芯片参数配置,然后编写并运行控制测试仪的TCL程序。结果表明编写的TCL程序能正确测出GPON芯片的性能并且提升了GPON芯片测试的效率。

Currently performance test of GPON chips in artificial means needs to take a lot of human resources.This paper proposed a method that realize three-tier business performance automated test by controlling SmartBits with TCL(Tool Command Language) program.Firstly an automated testing platform should be set up and GPON chip parameters should be configured.Secondly corresponding TCL program to control SmartBits should be written and run.Experimental results show that our TCL rogram can measure the performance of GPON chip correctly.As a result,efficiency of GPON chip testing is improved greatly.
