在全球经济一体化潮流下,中国金融体制改革正逐步走向深化,突出表现为银行业资本监管力度的加大和风险管理水平的全面提升,银行业追求的不再是传统化、简单化的规模扩张及利润回报,如何在风险最小化的情况下达到收益的最大化,协调好风险与收益两大价值取向,从而实现银行业的可持续发展已成为了各家商业银行在改革发展中面临的新课题,本文结合实际,就如何转变观念、因地制宜实施经济资本管理以提升全行经营回报水平问题提出初浅思路。

In the trend of global economic integration,the financial system reform in China is gradually deepened,such as the banking capital regulation and the level of risk management is increasing,banking pursuit is not traditional and simple.How to minimize risk to attain the revenue maximization,coordinate the benefits and risks,so as to realize the sustainable development of the banking industry,has become a new problem.This article puts forward some ideas to promote the operation return level by the implementation of economic capital management.
