本文应用热裂解气相色谱-质谱技术(Py-GC-MS)对沙门氏菌全细胞进行了分析,确定了裂解色谱-质谱条件,并鉴定了10种裂解产物的化学结构,从而为快速鉴定沙门氏菌提供了一种新的技术手段。结果表明:沙门氏菌全细胞在裂解温度650℃,裂解时间为12s,离子源温度230℃的条件下可得到清晰的总离子流色谱图,其色谱峰纯度高。该方法快速、简便。

The Salmonella was studied by pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS). The Py-GC-MS testing conditions were considered, and 10 pyrolysis products were identified. A new rapid testing method of Salmonella had been got. The results showed that the total ion chromatogram of pyrolysis products was achieved under the testing conditions: pyrolysis temperature, 650℃ for 12s; ion source temperature, 230℃.
