以生态、低碳和循环经济、绿色经济为目标核心的城市化发展模式,正成为城市未来的发展方向和目标追求。大秦岭生态城市群的特殊区位与生态属性,使发展大秦岭生态城市群生态农业成为必然;丰富的自然资源与生态条件、发展生态农业的丰富经验与现实基础、以丰富的科教与智力资源作支撑以及各个层面的制度创新,使实现大秦岭生态城市群生态农业产业化成为可能。未来大秦岭生态城市群农业建设模式应注意突出特色和农业产业体系的生态友好性,在生态保护和资源节约的基础上充分发挥农业的生产功能,诱发农业的经济功能,同时兼顾资源节约与环境友好。通过强化政府的引导与媒体的宣传、强化金融支持与改革以及实施生态农业品牌化战略等,促进大秦岭生态城市群生态农业产业化。

City development mode based on ecological, low-carbon and recycling economy and green economy is becoming the goal and future pursuit. It is very inevitable for Great Qinling Mountains ecological cities to development ecological agricul-ture in because of its special location and ecological attributes. At the same time, it is also possible for its industrialization of ecological agriculture in terms of its rich natural resources, better experience, present foundation, rich scientific and intellectual resources and f system innovation. In future, we should put focus and emphasis on local specialties, friendly ecology, resource save and environmental protection, and take resource save and friendly environment into consideration. At last, we also can take some countermeasures to promote ecological agriculture industrialization of Great Qinling Mountains ecological cities, such as the guidance of government, strengthening financial support and reform and the implementation of ecological agricultural branding strategy.
