以加工后的废弃的龙眼壳为研究对象,研究龙眼壳多酚的提取工艺。单因素和正交实验结果表明,用乙醇提取该多酚的最佳工艺为:用浓度50%的乙醇,以1g:15mL的料液比,在50℃下提取1h。照此工艺浸提,龙眼壳多酚的得率为2.71%。
以加工後的廢棄的龍眼殼為研究對象,研究龍眼殼多酚的提取工藝。單因素和正交實驗結果錶明,用乙醇提取該多酚的最佳工藝為:用濃度50%的乙醇,以1g:15mL的料液比,在50℃下提取1h。照此工藝浸提,龍眼殼多酚的得率為2.71%。
이가공후적폐기적용안각위연구대상,연구용안각다분적제취공예。단인소화정교실험결과표명,용을순제취해다분적최가공예위:용농도50%적을순,이1g:15mL적료액비,재50℃하제취1h。조차공예침제,용안각다분적득솔위2.71%。
The extraction process of polyphenols from discarded Longan pericarp was studied. Through single factor and orthogonal design experiments, the results showed the optimum extraction condition was that Longan pericarp was extracted by 70% of ethanol and 1 ·15 (g: mL, solid-to-liquid) of ratio at 50℃ for 1h. The yield of polyphenols was 2.71% under this extracting condition.
