旋转类机械振动测试平台易受实时环境的干扰,可靠性较差,在实际使用时易出现测试过程意外中断的现象。用PLC+PC的模块化方式设计一种振动测试平台,现场试验表明,该测试平台计算能力强,各项性能稳定可靠。

The vibration testing platform of rotating machinery is poor reliable and vulnerable to the real time environment interference and in actual testing is likely to appear unexpectedly disruption. Puts forward a PLC+PC modular vibration test platform design, and the field tests show that the proposed test platform has great calculation ability and its various performances are stable and reliable.
