本文利用旗于交替惩罚三线性分解的:阶校正方法与HPLC—DAD结合,定量分析乳粉中的牛磺酸。虽然牛磺酸与样品中未知干扰物存在色谱峰重叠,但利用具有“二阶优势”的二阶校正算法,获得了满意的定性定量结果。
本文利用旂于交替懲罰三線性分解的:階校正方法與HPLC—DAD結閤,定量分析乳粉中的牛磺痠。雖然牛磺痠與樣品中未知榦擾物存在色譜峰重疊,但利用具有“二階優勢”的二階校正算法,穫得瞭滿意的定性定量結果。
본문이용기우교체징벌삼선성분해적:계교정방법여HPLC—DAD결합,정량분석유분중적우광산。수연우광산여양품중미지간우물존재색보봉중첩,단이용구유“이계우세”적이계교정산법,획득료만의적정성정량결과。
A method using HPLC-DAD couple with second-order calibration was developed to determine taurinc in milk in this paper. The second- order calibration method based on APTLD (alternating ponalty trilincar decomposition) algorithm which has the property of "second-order advantage" was proposed to analyze the three-way HPLC-DAD data from both standard and prediction samples, which makes it possible that calibration can be performed even in the presence of unknown interferences. The results showed that good recoveries were obtained although the chromatographic profiles of the analysis of interest and baekgronnd were partially overlapped with each other in samples.
