多级阶梯波的脉宽一般只能采用示波器进行测量,但受到分辨率及人为视觉误差带来的影响,其测量准确度只能达到10^-3精级。本文提出一种新的测量方法,设计多级阶梯波脉宽测爨电路,将脉宽转换成矩形脉冲波去开启门电路,让时标脉冲通过门电路进入计数器计数,即采用数字电路来测量多级阶梯波脉宽,排除了分辨率及人为视觉误差影响,可大大提高测最准确度,能达到1.4×10^-8的高准确度。

Time counters and universal counters could be applied for measuring the pulse width of the square wave and rectangular wave, in the condition of measuring pulse width of multi-step wave, however, both of them could not fulfilled. Normally, the pule width of multi-step wave may only be measured by oscilloscope. But with the influence of anthropic visual error and resolution, the measurement accuracy might only achieve 10-3 class. The method being used in the article can greatly improve the accuracy of measurement, even get the accuracy of time mark generator.
