采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板凝胶电泳技术,对珲春地区包括野玫瑰在内的7个蔷薇属野生种及野玫瑰10个不同表型的子代进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析。酶谱显示,供试类型间含有丰富多态性。聚类分析表明:野玫瑰子代间确有差异,其遗传距离为0.143~0.800;部分野玫瑰子代与刺蔷薇和山刺玫有较近的亲缘关系,且子代中也存在独立的个体。
採用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平闆凝膠電泳技術,對琿春地區包括野玫瑰在內的7箇薔薇屬野生種及野玫瑰10箇不同錶型的子代進行過氧化物酶同工酶分析。酶譜顯示,供試類型間含有豐富多態性。聚類分析錶明:野玫瑰子代間確有差異,其遺傳距離為0.143~0.800;部分野玫瑰子代與刺薔薇和山刺玫有較近的親緣關繫,且子代中也存在獨立的箇體。

The peroxidase isozymes of the 7 wild species of rose besides Rosa rugosa Thunb. and 10 different phenotypes of its offspring in Hunchun were analysised by adopting polyacrylamide gel electrophorasis. The results showed that all species had abundant polymorphisms. Fuzzy cluster analysis indicated that there have the difference between the offsprings, its genetic distance is 0. 143-0. 800. The experiment also showed that one part of the offsprings of Rosa rugosa Thunb. were also similar to R. davurica Pall. or R. acicularis Lindl. in isozyme bands,and the other part of the offsprings were different from all.
