By differential approach of multi-factor regression integral dynamic assessment method of mete- orological elements in rice production process was discussed. Taking the resources of rice production and meteorological elements of Jintang County as an example, differential regression integral method was set up. The feasibiliby of the assessment method was discussed and its implementation steps and application scope were presented.
