对扬州当地13个品种计130份生鲜蔬菜作现场采样,用清水沉淀法检验寄生虫虫卵,统计各类虫卵检出率和各种蔬菜的检测率,结果表明:蛔虫卵的捡出率为13.85%,鞭虫卵检出率为3.08%,钩虫卵检出率为1.53%,蔬菜总检出率达到21.54%,尤其是香菜的检出率高达70%,青菜为40%,白萝卜、京葱、大葱为30%,芹菜和葫萝卜为20%,莴苣、黄瓜、小葱及青椒为10%,生姜和茄子未检出,说明蔬菜受寄生虫污染较普遍,应在烹调中确保杀虫效果。

We collected 130 samples out of 13 varieties of Yangzhou local fresh vegetables. Then use clean water to despoit Parasitic worm eggs. Thus the detection rate of the various types of parasitic eggs. The results are as follows: the detection rate of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs was 13.85%, Whipworm eggs 3.08%, hookwormovum eggs 1.53%. The total detection rate was up to 21.54%, especially the parsley detection rate up to 70%, can be detected 40% in vegetables, 30% in white radish, Beijing onions, green onions, 20% in celery and carrots, 10% in lettuce, cucumber, onion and green peper; ginger and eggplant were not detected. This result indicated that vegetable parasite contamination were so common that we should ensure the insecticidal effects in cooking.
