当前高职院校专职辅导员存在工作不安心、＂主业＂＂副业＂不分、奉献意识不强,职业认同感不高等诸多问题。要加强高职院校辅导员队伍师德师风建设,必须采取加强组织领导、建立培训机制、引导辅导员科学发展、建立健全激励机制和评价机制等措施。

Currently,many problems exist in the construction of the full-time counselor＇s ethics,such as not settling down to their work,placing more emphasis on their sideline work than principle work,lacking the spirit of dedication,having a weak sense of professional identity.In order to promote the construction of the full-time counselor＇s ethics in higher vocational colleges,the relevant organization and the leadership should be strengthened;the training mechanism construction about the counselors＇ virtues should be improved.Besides these,we should lead them to go ahead scientific development,create the perfect incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
