当前高职院校专职辅导员存在工作不安心、"主业""副业"不分、奉献意识不强,职业认同感不高等诸多问题。要加强高职院校辅导员队伍师德师风建设,必须采取加强组织领导、建立培训机制、引导辅导员科学发展、建立健全激励机制和评价机制等措施。
噹前高職院校專職輔導員存在工作不安心、"主業""副業"不分、奉獻意識不彊,職業認同感不高等諸多問題。要加彊高職院校輔導員隊伍師德師風建設,必鬚採取加彊組織領導、建立培訓機製、引導輔導員科學髮展、建立健全激勵機製和評價機製等措施。
당전고직원교전직보도원존재공작불안심、"주업""부업"불분、봉헌의식불강,직업인동감불고등제다문제。요가강고직원교보도원대오사덕사풍건설,필수채취가강조직령도、건립배훈궤제、인도보도원과학발전、건립건전격려궤제화평개궤제등조시。
Currently,many problems exist in the construction of the full-time counselor's ethics,such as not settling down to their work,placing more emphasis on their sideline work than principle work,lacking the spirit of dedication,having a weak sense of professional identity.In order to promote the construction of the full-time counselor's ethics in higher vocational colleges,the relevant organization and the leadership should be strengthened;the training mechanism construction about the counselors' virtues should be improved.Besides these,we should lead them to go ahead scientific development,create the perfect incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
