本文结合我国职业教育学的研究现状,概括现有职业教育学研究范式：传统范式、基本研究范式、起点范式、要素范式、取向范式、工作过程研究范式、问题研究范式、方式范式、跨学科研究范式等并分析其局限性,认为现阶段我国职业教育学研究范式具多样性,并提出了适合职业教育学发展的研究范式——个性范式。
본문결합아국직업교육학적연구현상,개괄현유직업교육학연구범식：전통범식、기본연구범식、기점범식、요소범식、취향범식、공작과정연구범식、문제연구범식、방식범식、과학과연구범식등병분석기국한성,인위현계단아국직업교육학연구범식구다양성,병제출료괄합직업교육학발전적연구범식——개성범식。
In this paper,combined with China＇s vocational education research,summarized the existing vocational education paradigm： the traditional paradigm,the basic paradigm,the starting point paradigm,elements of paradigm,oriented paradigm,the work process paradigm,the problem paradigm,paradigm,etc.,analyzed its limitation,and considered that at this stage,China＇s vocational education research paradigm is characterized by diversity,thus proposed the development of vocational education research paradigm——-personality paradigm.
