文章从语义、语用、句法、认知等方面，全面探索在句子生成过程中维吾尔语正常语序和变异语序的各种制约因素，探讨雏吾尔语语序的形成机制，说明维吾尔语语序是在多种因素的作用下形成的，在维吾尔语语序的背后存在着支配和改变语序的因素。
文章從語義、語用、句法、認知等方麵，全麵探索在句子生成過程中維吾爾語正常語序和變異語序的各種製約因素，探討雛吾爾語語序的形成機製，說明維吾爾語語序是在多種因素的作用下形成的，在維吾爾語語序的揹後存在著支配和改變語序的因素。

In recent years, the LTA phenomenon that Uigur university students replace Arabic letters with Latin letters to send text message is extremely popular in Urumqi. But the property of Latin letters differs from the new characters which Uigur once used, because the former is mere to be adopted as the written form of Uigur temporar- ily. Among the Uigur university students in Urumqi, the temporary common behaviour is established by usage, and it has been a latent rule to write text message in this group. The most Uigur phonemes are covered by the 26 Latin letters which provides the possibility for the LTA phenomenon.
