基于虚拟软件LabVIEW平台,选用ABB Tmax T2N160型号塑壳断路器作为试验对象,采用短接塑壳断路器的三相触点方法,开发了基于LabVIEW软件的短路电流分断能力的测试系统.三相瞬间采集波形表明测试系统是可行的;尖峰检测结果表明系统能在短路情况下及时进行分断;另外,系统可通过远程上位机进行远程控制并由虚拟软件记录相关数据,能实现批量、自动和精准的检测,有较高的实用价值.
基于虛擬軟件LabVIEW平檯,選用ABB Tmax T2N160型號塑殼斷路器作為試驗對象,採用短接塑殼斷路器的三相觸點方法,開髮瞭基于LabVIEW軟件的短路電流分斷能力的測試繫統.三相瞬間採集波形錶明測試繫統是可行的;尖峰檢測結果錶明繫統能在短路情況下及時進行分斷;另外,繫統可通過遠程上位機進行遠程控製併由虛擬軟件記錄相關數據,能實現批量、自動和精準的檢測,有較高的實用價值.

By using the ABB Tmax T2N160 molded case circuit breaker as the test object and adopting the three-phase contact method for short connected molded case circuit breaker,a testing system based on the virtual LabVIEW platform is constructed for short circuit breaking capacity.The three-phase instantaneous acquisition waveform indicates the testing system is feasible;spikes detection results show that the system can timely segment under short circuit conditions;in addition,the system can conduct remote control through remote host control,record related data using virtual software and realize batch,automatic and accurate detection and is therefore of high practical value.
