采用传统的固相反应法制备了（1-x）BaZr0．25Ti0．75O3（BZT）＋xSm2O2（X=0，0．002，0．004，0．006，0．008，0．01）的铁电陶瓷，用X射线衍射和介电谱方法研究了Sm2O3的掺杂对BZT陶瓷结构和介电性能的影响．结果表明，Sm2O3的掺入没有改变BZT晶体钙钛矿结构，并且随着Sm^3＋取代浓度增大，衍射峰向高角度略有偏移，说明晶面间距减小；随着Sm2O3，掺杂量的增加，BZT介电峰向低温区移动，并且被压低展宽，BZT陶瓷介电常数和介电损耗随Sm2O3掺杂量的增加而减小，频率对各组分的介电常数影响较小，在T=300K，f=10^4Hz时，发现Sm2O3掺入量为0．01时具有较大的介电常数和较小的介电损耗．

A series of ferroelectric ceramics （1 -x）BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3 （x =0, 0.002, 0.004, 0.006, 0.008, 0.01） were prepared by means of conventional solid reaction process. The influence of structure and dielectric properties on the BZT ferroelectric ceramic was obtained by X-ray diffraction and dielectric analytical method. The results show that the crystalline perovskite structure of BZT was not changed while SmSm2O3 doped into BZT crystal. With the increase of Sm2O3, the diffraction peak moved to high Angle slightly indicating that interplanar distance decreased. Along with the increase of Sm2O3, dielectric peaks of BZT moved to the tow temperature region, and has been suppressed and broaden. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of BZT ceramic reduced with the increased amount of Sm2O3. The variation of dielectric constant of each component is relatively＇smooth with the change of frequency, while x（Sm2O3）=0.001, T=300K, f =104Hz, BZT has higher dielectric constant and lower dielectric losses compared with other contents.
