Only by realizing the effective link between secondary and higher vocational education, can the function of vocational education system be brought into full play, society fairness and the all-round development of man be promoted, and the attraction of vocational education be really enhanced. Through the analysis of the links in specialty, curriculum, pattern and teaching staff, the consistent system, entering a corresponding higher school and the through system are the basic modes of effective link-up.
