Construction of specialty culture integrated with elements of industry is an important component of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges. Also it is a vital power to raise the level of specialty construction, to condense the feature of specialty, and to develop students＇ professional quality systematically. The effective ways and methods to construct specialty culture are as follows： elements of industry should be fully absorbed, the design of construction of specialty culture should be perfected, and the platform for implementation of culture construction should be improved.
