当前高校工会妇职工委员会在促进女教职员工发展方面存在诸多不足，主要体现在女教职员工的发展权得不到有效保障，促进女教职员工发展的举措落实也不得力。加大力度关注女教职员工的素质提升和职业发展，应成为工会女职工委员会的重点工作。

There are some disadvantages in aspect of improving the female staff in the female staff committee of higher education nowadays, such as less safeguard for the female staff＇s right, and less specific policy for female staff＇s development. We should focus on the female staff＇s improvement of quality and development of vocational which are the main points of the work of trade union
