当前高校工会妇职工委员会在促进女教职员工发展方面存在诸多不足,主要体现在女教职员工的发展权得不到有效保障,促进女教职员工发展的举措落实也不得力。加大力度关注女教职员工的素质提升和职业发展,应成为工会女职工委员会的重点工作。
噹前高校工會婦職工委員會在促進女教職員工髮展方麵存在諸多不足,主要體現在女教職員工的髮展權得不到有效保障,促進女教職員工髮展的舉措落實也不得力。加大力度關註女教職員工的素質提升和職業髮展,應成為工會女職工委員會的重點工作。

There are some disadvantages in aspect of improving the female staff in the female staff committee of higher education nowadays, such as less safeguard for the female staff's right, and less specific policy for female staff's development. We should focus on the female staff's improvement of quality and development of vocational which are the main points of the work of trade union
