高等职业院校的培养目标是培养高素质、高技能应用型人才。体育作为一门必修课程,是高职教育的重要组成部分。本文以提高高职学生就业能力为出发点,并着眼于体育教学与职业能力培养的契合点,探索体育教育学与培养高职学生职业能力的内在契合机制,从而对提高职业教育研究的理论水平,丰富职业教育的研究内容作出一定的贡献。

To cultivate applied talents with high-quality and high-skill is the goal which all the higher vocational colleges purses. Phisical education （PE）, a compulsary course, is an important part of higher vocational education. This paper, focusing on improving the students＇ employable ability, explores the mechanism for the relationship between PE teaching and vocational skills cultivating, in order to enhance the theoretical level of vocational education and enrich the research of it.
