为了有效解决悬挂舵舵叶在整体制作加工过程中遇到的加工车间吊装能力不足、需要大型加工机床等问题,对比在分体制作和整体制作过程中不同的工艺过程,综合分析了悬挂舵舵叶的舵杆承座部分在机加工时可能遇到的问题及解决方法,阐述了悬挂舵舵叶分体制作相对于整体制作的优点及其研配加工的工艺过程。
為瞭有效解決懸掛舵舵葉在整體製作加工過程中遇到的加工車間弔裝能力不足、需要大型加工機床等問題,對比在分體製作和整體製作過程中不同的工藝過程,綜閤分析瞭懸掛舵舵葉的舵桿承座部分在機加工時可能遇到的問題及解決方法,闡述瞭懸掛舵舵葉分體製作相對于整體製作的優點及其研配加工的工藝過程。

In order to solve the problems of lacking lift capacity from the workshop and the necessity to use large processing machine tools during the integrated manufacturing of the spade rudder blade, this paper compares the differences of technic process between separate and integrated manufacturing; comprehensively discusses the potential problems and corresponding solutions for processing the spade rudder blade stock bearing; and elaborates the merits of separate manufacturing of the spade rudder blade over integrated manufacturing as well as its bedding-in manufacturing technic process.
