In the novel humiliation , written by south african novelist Kutscher, the author described the characters ＇ experiences and their behaviours and revealed that in african post- racial segregation period, people＇s thinking and behaviours were still subject to traditional imperialism colonial logic. Anyone, no matter they were white or black, had become the victims of this period. The writing purpose of this novel is to arouse people＇s reflection and criticism of this period and find a way to solve the feeling of gratitude and resentment.
