新生入学教育越来越受到高校的高度重视,传统的学生入学教育在教育主体、教育内容、教育方法、教育目标及全员育人等方面存在诸多不足。从坚持＂以人为本＂、明确入学教育目标、构建全员育人工作格局、新生入学教育内容设计等方面对如何开展新生入学教育进行了论述。

Orientation education for freshmen has received increasing emphases of colleges and universities.The traditional orientation education was deficient in education subjects,education contents,education methods,education objectives and education with all staff involved.Therefore,elaboration was made on how to conduct orientation education from the aspects of adherence to people-oriented principle,clarification of orientation education goals,construction of education pattern with all staff involved and content design of orientation education.
