为了研究不同孔隙泡沫陶瓷的导热性对抑制瓦斯爆炸的影响,通过对15mm厚的细孔和中孔泡沫陶瓷在断面为200mm×200toni的方形管道内进行爆炸实验,并对其进行导热系数的测定,以及其三维结构进行了微观分析.实验结果得出,细孔泡沫陶瓷的导热系数小于中孔泡沫陶瓷,细孔泡沫陶瓷对瓦斯爆炸的抑制效果比中孔泡沫陶瓷的好;结果表明,同一材质的抑爆材料,其导热性能越差,则其对瓦斯爆炸的抑制效果相对越好.研究结果对探索煤矿瓦斯爆炸抑制材料及其灾害防治具有重要的理论意义和实用价值.

To study the effect of thermal conductivity of different pore foam ceramics' suppression gas explosion, in this paper, different pore foam ceramics of 15 mm thickness were carried out experiment in square pipe of 200 mm ×200 mm cross - section, their thermal conductivity were evaluated, and their three - dimensional microcosmic structure were analyzed. The results show that the thermal conductivity of pore foam ceramics is smaller than that of medium pore foam ceramics, the effect of pore foam ceramics' suppression gas explosion is better than that of foam ceramics with medium hole, for explosion suppression material of the same material, its thermal conductivity is worse, then its effect of its suppression on gas explosion is relatively better. The results of study have importantly theoretical significance and practical value to explore materials that suppress gas explosion and prevent disaster in coal mine.
