应用哈茨木霉菌T2-16菌剂对花生进行木霉拌种和浸种处理,研究木霉对花生防病促生长的效果。结果表明,供试木霉菌剂两种使用方法对病害防治效果和促生长作用均好于对照,其中木霉菌剂拌种处理的效果又优于浸种处理。拌种处理后荚果产量、饱果产量和籽仁产量分别比对照提高了32.4%、36.8%和33.8%,而其秕果重量比对照降低了29.8%,其叶斑病发病率比对照降低了8.79%,防效为64.63%,其烂果数比对照少了3.18个,防效为60.6%。
應用哈茨木黴菌T2-16菌劑對花生進行木黴拌種和浸種處理,研究木黴對花生防病促生長的效果。結果錶明,供試木黴菌劑兩種使用方法對病害防治效果和促生長作用均好于對照,其中木黴菌劑拌種處理的效果又優于浸種處理。拌種處理後莢果產量、飽果產量和籽仁產量分彆比對照提高瞭32.4%、36.8%和33.8%,而其秕果重量比對照降低瞭29.8%,其葉斑病髮病率比對照降低瞭8.79%,防效為64.63%,其爛果數比對照少瞭3.18箇,防效為60.6%。
응용합자목매균T2-16균제대화생진행목매반충화침충처리,연구목매대화생방병촉생장적효과。결과표명,공시목매균제량충사용방법대병해방치효과화촉생장작용균호우대조,기중목매균제반충처리적효과우우우침충처리。반충처리후협과산량、포과산량화자인산량분별비대조제고료32.4%、36.8%화33.8%,이기비과중량비대조강저료29.8%,기협반병발병솔비대조강저료8.79%,방효위64.63%,기란과수비대조소료3.18개,방효위60.6%。
Seed dressing and seed soaking with Trichoderma harzianum T2-16 were applied to pea- nut in order to research the effect of Trichoderma on disease prevention and growth promotion in pea- nut. Results indicated that the effect of two application methods of Trichoderma on disease prevention and growth promotion was better than the control, and the effect of Trichoderma dressed seed was better than that of Trichoderrna soaked seed. The pod yield, the plump pod yield and the kernel yield of peanut treated by seed dressing were 32.3%, 36.8% and 33.8% more than that of control, respec- tively. Its blighted pod weight was 29.8% less than that of control. The incidence of leaf spot was 8.79% less than that of control, which showed the efficiency of disease prevention was 64.6 %. The number of rotten pod was 3.18 less than that control, which showed the efficiency of disease prevention was 60.6%.
