采用天然染料黄连素对大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维进行染色,探讨了染色温度、时间、pH值和Na2S04用量对黄连素上染百分率的影响,研究了黄连素对大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维的染色动力学和热力学.研究表明,染色温度、时间、pH值和Na2SO4用量对黄连素的上染百分率均有一定的影响.黄连素在大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维的染色速率很快,随着染色温度的升高,染色速率常数%逐渐增加,而半染时间t1/2和平衡上染量C∞均逐渐降低;黄连素在大豆蛋(n/聚乙烯醇共混纤维上的吸附符合Langmuir模型,随着染色温度的升高,Langmuir吸附常数托和染色饱和值.S均逐渐降低,染料在纤维上的吸附为放热反应.

Natural dye berberine was applied to dye soybean protein fibers. The basic performance of extracts and the effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, value of pH and sodium sulfate dosage on dye uptake of berberine were analyzed. The dyeing kinetics and thermodynamics were analyzed. It was found that the dyeing temperature, dyeing time, value of pH and sodium sulfate dosage have some effects on the uptake of berberine. The dyeing rate constant k gradually increased, the half-dyeing time tl/2 and dye adsorption val- ues at equilibrium C~ gradually decreased with the increased of dyeing temperature. The experimental data showed that Langmuir were the optimum models which were applied to describe the sorption behavior of berberine on soybean protein fibers. The sorption process of berberine was exothermic, Langmuir sorption constant KL and dyeing saturation value S decreased with the increasing of dyeing tempera- ture.
