采用水培试验方法,分别研究了不同浓度重金属镉胁迫背景下,添加或不添加EDTA处理的桑苗叶片丙二醛含量45 d的动态变化。实验结果表明:(1)桑苗叶片的丙二醛含量与镉浓度有关,在21 d~27 d内,丙二醛含量呈波动上升趋势,之后呈波动下降趋势;(2)与不添加EDTA的对照组比较,加入EDTA处理的桑苗叶片丙二醛含量波动比较平缓,随镉胁迫时间的增加,其叶片中的丙二醛含量缓慢增加;(3)低浓度的镉离子对桑苗生长有一定的促进作用,但浓度较高时会对其造成一定的伤害,使其生长受到抑制,叶片变黄,萎蔫,甚至死亡;(4)EDTA能适当缓解镉离子对桑苗的伤害。

By water-implantation experiment,different concentrations of Cd2+ are added to the nutrient solution respectively.In each solution of one group,treatment with 0.55 mmol/L EDTA is compared to the other groups untreated with EDTA.The dynamic changes of malondialdehyde(MDA) content in the Morus alba leaves for 45 days are investigated.The results show that:(1) there are some relationship between MDA contents in Morus alba leaves and Cd2+ concentration in the solution.During the period of 21 to 27days,MDA content of the leaves has a rising trend of fluctuation at first,and then declines in a fluctuating state;(2) Compared with the groups untreated with EDTA,MDA content in the leaves not only remains at a relative stable level,but also increases gradually with time prolonging;(3)When Cd2+ concentration is at a lower level,it will promote the growth of Morus alba seedling,but when Cd2+concentration is at a higher level,such poisonous effects will happen,that is,the growth of the seeding will be inhibited,and the leaves of seedings will turn yellow or wither;(4) EDTA can alleviate Cd2+ poisonous effects on Morus alba seedlings.
