文中针对当前职业教育中片面强调专业知识传授与技能训练，忽视个体从事不同职业所需的关键能力培养的问题，提出职业教育应关注个体职业生涯发展的关键能力培养，以融合专业能力与关键能力的学生综合职业能力发展为目标，并对综合职业能力教育模式的内涵、特征和意义进行了分析。在此基础上，从目标制定、课程体系设计、教学策略及教学组织选择，以及学业评价等方面探讨了综合职业能力教育模式构建的若干问题。

In view of the current vocational education of unilateral emphasize knowledge and professional skill train- ing, ignore the individual in a different career of cultivating the ability for key problems; this paper puts forward vo- cational education should focus on the individual career development key ability training, professional ability and the key to fusion ability of students＇ comprehensive vocational ability development is the goal. The comprehensive voca- tional ability education model of the connotation, characteristics and significance are analyzed too. On this basis, from objectives, curriculum system, teaching strategy and design teaching organization choice, and the students＇ eval- uation, this paper discusses the comprehensive vocational ability education model construction of several problems.
