对某电厂首台1000MW机组整组启动调试过程中,汽轮机冷态启动冲转升速中引起轴承振动大停机的原因进行分析,并从实际运行经验中总结出有效的措施,保证机组的经济安全运行。并为同类型机组类似问题的预防和处理提供借鉴。实践证明,这些措施和对策是正确和可行的。

This essay analyzes the halts of the bearing vibration during the process of the impact rotations and speed increments in the cold starts of the steam turbine in the startup debugging of the first IO00MW unit in a power plant. Besides, this essay extracts effective measures from the experiences in its operation to ensure its economical and secure operation as well as providing reference for both prevention and solutions to similar problems in similar units. These measures and solutions turn out right and feasible in practice.
