For both the service development of current vocational education and the indepth implementation of the service concept of the modern vocational education, it is urgent to establish an appropriate service concept of the modern vocational education ,further deepen the schoolenterprise cooperation, and innovate its system and mechanism at the strategic level. This essay introduces the innovation and practice of the construction of the schoolenter prise cooperation system and mechanism, to promote the indepth schoolenterprise cooperation in vocational colle ges.
