针对某木业公司生产排放废水污染物浓度高、生物降解难的特点,提出了水解酸化—厌氧生物接触氧化—氧化沟—絮凝沉淀—废水回用的处理方法和工艺路线。采用该方法处理中密度纤维板生产废水可达到或优于排放标准,废水可回用于生产。
針對某木業公司生產排放廢水汙染物濃度高、生物降解難的特點,提齣瞭水解痠化—厭氧生物接觸氧化—氧化溝—絮凝沉澱—廢水迴用的處理方法和工藝路線。採用該方法處理中密度纖維闆生產廢水可達到或優于排放標準,廢水可迴用于生產。

The wastewater originated from a medium density fiberboard plant is highly concentrated and difficult to biodegraded.A waste water treatment technology and process route combined of hydrolytic acidification/anaerobic-contacting oxidation/oxidation ditch/flocculation-sedimentation/waste-water recycling was proposed.The result showed that quality index of the treated water can meet or exceed the discharge standard.The treated water can also be reused for fiberboard production.
